Do I need to have kids to join Brush Park Gymnasium?
No way! We are an inclusive, supportive, neighborhood gym with active play classes for kids and small group training. We welcome everyone! Come on in!
Are there are any age restrictions for the kids’ classes or childcare at Brush Park?
Yes, in order to deliver the best experience for our families we are focusing on providing classes for children ages toddlers & crawlers (1-4 years old) and elementary aged children (Pre-K to 4th grade). It’s important we are able to keep kids safe and provide plenty of space in our active play areas.
Does my child need to be potty trained?
No, but we do ask that you are available to change their diaper if your child “has a stinky tushy”. That’s what we call it in our house and we wouldn’t want to stink up the entire play space.
Is there parking at Brush Park Gymnasium?
There is easy street parking out front and the Rockwell Brown line stop is next door.
Do I have to sign up for a class or can I use the equipment on my own?
Brush Park only runs adult group exercise classes. We have highly educated & experienced professionals that are designing each workout just for you. You just need to show up and we’ll do all the work.
Do I have to work out or can I just use the childcare space?
Yes, you need to exercise. Drop offs are not permitted except for Aftercare and School’s Out Day Camp. At Brush Park we are here to help you get moving. Come workout with us.
How long can my child be in the childcare space?
Our active play classes are 60 and 90 mins long. Feel free to grab some coffee, chat with your friends, enjoy a relaxing shower and take some time for yourself.
Is Brush Park a Crossfit Gym?
No, we use similar equipment but we customize every workout to your fitness level. Our classes are focused on strength, cardio and mobility. All fitness levels are welcome.
