Q: Do I need to have kids to join your gym?

A: No way! We are an inclusive, supportive, neighborhood gym with active play classes for kids and small group training. We welcome everyone! Come on in!

Q: Are there are any age restrictions for the kids’ classes or childcare?

A: Yes, in order to deliver the best experience for our families we are focusing on providing classes for children ages toddlers & crawlers (1-4 years old) and elementary aged children (Pre-K to 4th grade.) It’s important we are able to keep kids safe and provide plenty of space in our active play areas.

Q: Does my child need to be potty trained?

A: No, but we do ask that you are available to change their diaper if your child “has a stinky tushy”. That’s what we call it in our house and we wouldn’t want to stink up the entire play space.

Q: Is there parking?

A: Easy street parking out front and the Rockwell Brown line stop is next door.

Q: Do I have to sign up for a class or can I use the equipment on my own?

A: Brush Park only runs groups exercise classes. A membership is required to sign up for classes. We have educated & experienced professionals that are designing each workout just for you. You just need to show up and we’ll do all the work.

Q: Do I have to work out or can I just use the childcare space?

A: Yes, you need to exercise. At Brush Park we are here to help you get moving. Come workout with us.

Q: How long can my child be in the childcare space?

A: Our active play classes are 60 and 90 mins long. Feel free to grab some coffee, chat with your friends, enjoy a relaxing shower and take some time for yourself.

Q: Are you a Crossfit Gym?

A: No, we use similar equipment but we customize every workout to your fitness level. Our classes are focused on strength, cardio and mobility. All fitness levels are welcome.

Q: Do you sell food or drinks?

A: We sell freshly brewed coffee and healthy beverages.
